Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Shipping Methods
Standard Shipping (Free): 3-7 business days within the US.
Express Shipping: Available at checkout for 2-3 day delivery.
Shipping Region
We currently ship to the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package directly from that email.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package hasn't arrived within 10 business days, contact us at info@festiflare.shop and we'll investigate with the carrier.
