At FestiFlare, we want you to love every party supply you order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
How to Start a Return
Email us at info@festiflare.shop with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll send you a return shipping label.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened consumable items (balloons, confetti, candy wrappers) and personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.
