Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused, in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards.
- Sale or clearance items (unless otherwise stated).
- Personalized or custom-made products.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at support@festiflare.shop within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- If you received a defective or damaged item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact our customer support team at support@festiflare.shop. We will assist you in processing the exchange based on availability.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check with your bank or credit card company as there may be delays in processing. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@festiflare.shop.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, we may not be able to cancel or modify your order, as it may have already been processed for shipping.
